Main tasks and responsibilities
Developed the business plan, competitor study, opportunity analysis Developed the feasibility study, financials and valuation model for mixed-use real estate development project including a hotel and commercial offices. Primary and secondary research used to feed key assumptions.
Skills and Experience
Must possess Degree or Master in Economics, Business Management, or equivalent experience as an accountant/analyst.
Must be very strong with numbers and have an analytic mindset and be details oriented.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have mastery of Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point
